Ericka – Recruiting Account Manager

Ericka serves YUPRO’s mission by coaching Opportunity Talent into career advancement. Ericka began her journey with Year Up as a student of the Year Up program in 2014. She has been actively working to close the opportunity divide by serving on Year Up alumni boards, both locally and nationally, and now serves as Apprenticeship Services Manager at YUPRO. After supporting admissions and enrollment for three years in the Year Up Greater Philadelphia market, she continues her efforts to give back by offering additional support to Year Up alumni through career placement and advancement at YUPRO.

Ericka shares “In my downtime, I enjoy creating things because it makes me happy. Similarly, at YUPRO, I enjoy meeting our talent where they are and finding creative and impactful solutions to the professional hurdles they face daily. I am excited to be a layer of support to apprentices on their career journey with YUPRO Placement and be an advocate in their network throughout their lives.”
