Pamela comes to YUPRO Placement with over 15 years of experience in Operations and Staffing. Areas of expertise encompass Organizational Management, Business Development, Account Oversight and Recruitment Leadership. She serves the YUPRO Placement mission by developing long-term operational and recruitment strategies to advance our talent community and close the Opportunity Divide.

Pamela strives to motivate, empower, and provide a space for both personal and professional growth throughout the organization. Collaborating with departments, leading her team, helping others to identify their strengths and areas of passion and execution of their goals is a daily driving force for Pamela.
